Publish once in SR Anywhere, then the line goes where the module should appear.
Copy the line
Copy the one line from the Embed dialog. It stays the same, however often you publish again.
Add a Custom Liquid section
In Online Store, Themes, Customize, add a Custom Liquid section where the module should appear.
Paste and save
Paste the line into the section's Liquid field and save.

Custom Liquid sections come with Online Store 2.0 themes. An older theme without them needs the line in a template file instead, a job for whoever looks after the theme.
