Legal
Report content
How to tell us about illegal content on SR Anywhere, under the EU Digital Services Act. Last updated: 28 October 2026.
Who can report
Anyone: a visitor of a website, a rights holder or their lawyer, an organisation, an authority. You need no account with us, and reporting costs nothing.
What you can report
SR Anywhere hosts modules: animated sections our customers build with us and embed on their own websites. You recognise one by its line in the page's source, which loads from embed.sliderrevolution.com. You can report a module, or a picture, video or text in it, that you believe is illegal (it infringes a copyright, a trademark or someone's rights to their picture or privacy, it is hateful or violent, fraud, phishing, malware or the abuse of children, for example) or that breaks our terms of service.
The rest of the website around the module is its owner's, not ours: please write to the owner or their host about it.
How to report
Use the form on this page, or write to notice@anywhere.sliderrevolution.com, in English or German. An e-mail needs the same four things as the form:
- Where it is. The address (URL) of the page that shows the module. If you can, also the module's address from the
page's source (it starts with
https://embed.sliderrevolution.com/i/) or, for a picture or video, its own address (it starts withhttps://embed.sliderrevolution.com/m/). If the page shows several modules, tell us which one, for example by its headline. - Why it is illegal. What the content is and why you believe it is illegal, clearly enough that we can see it without further research; the law, if you know it. For a right of your own (a copyright, a trademark, your picture): which work or right, and that it is yours or that you act for its holder.
- Your name and e-mail address, so we can confirm your notice and tell you what we decided. A notice about the sexual abuse of children can be made without them.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations in your notice are accurate and complete.
Please send the address, never a copy of illegal material, and never pictures of the abuse of children: we find the content ourselves. The form takes no attachments.
What happens next
- We confirm your notice by e-mail within two working days, with its number.
- A person looks at it. If something is missing, we ask you. We decide without undue delay, normally within seven days; content that is manifestly illegal, or harms people right now (phishing, malware), we take down at once.
- If we act, the module is unpublished: it shows nothing on any page that embeds it. Our customer gets our reasons and can object. We give the customer your name only where that is needed, for example for a right of your own.
- We tell you what we decided and why, and what you can do if you disagree: write back to us, or go to court.
- If the customer objects and we then find the content lawful, it may come back online; we tell you.
For authorities
Authorities of the EU member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services reach us at notice@anywhere.sliderrevolution.com, our single point of contact under the Digital Services Act, in English or German. Please send orders to act against content or to provide information to the same address, with "Order" in the subject. Our postal address is in the imprint.
For our customers
If a decision concerns your module, reply to our reasons, in Help in the portal or to the e-mail. For anything else, the Help page and help@anywhere.sliderrevolution.com are your point of contact, in English or German. A person answers.
Misuse
We may refuse notices that are manifestly unfounded, and stop handling notices from someone who keeps sending them after we warned them. A notice made against better knowledge can have legal consequences for its sender.
