Legal
Licence
In short: while your account exists you may use every template and effect in any number of your own or your clients' projects, as modules published through SR Anywhere. You may not resell templates as templates or redistribute the bundled media. Fonts and media carry the licences of their makers.
What you get
For every template in the catalogue and every effect in the library, a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to copy it into your account, change it, and publish the result as a module on any website you or your clients control, for as long as your account exists — on the Free plan with the watermark, on Pro without.
What is not allowed
- Reselling, sharing or publishing a template, an effect or their media as a template, a theme, a kit or a file; extracting media or the engine for use outside SR Anywhere.
- Using a template's demo media (photos, videos, logos, product images, faces, brand names) in a live module: they are placeholders to show the design; replace them before you go live.
- Removing or hiding the watermark on the Free plan, or circumventing the plan limits.
- Using the service to build content that breaks the law or the terms.
Your own content
What you add stays yours (Terms, section 3). Media you upload must be yours to use; SR Anywhere checks file types, not rights.
Fonts
Google Fonts a module uses are served through our edge under their open licences (SIL Open Font License or Apache 2.0 as published by Google Fonts). Fonts you upload carry your own licence.
The engine
The Slider Revolution engine that renders your modules is our copyright and is licensed to you only as part of the service, for modules published through SR Anywhere. Slider Revolution for WordPress is a separate product with its own licence (https://www.sliderrevolution.com/terms/license/); Anywhere accounts and Slider Revolution licences may be linked in the future — that is announced when it exists.
When the account ends
The licence ends with the account. Published modules go offline when the account is deleted; a plan that ends does not end the licence — the modules keep running with the Free plan's rules.
