Right of withdrawal
Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. If you buy a plan as a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have the following right of withdrawal; you can declare it to Paddle or to us — we pass it on. Last updated: 27 October 2026.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Paddle.com Market Limited (Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom, help@paddle.com) or us (ThemePunch OHG, c/o Startplatz, Im Mediapark 5, 50670 Köln, Germany, telephone +49 221 16836020, help@anywhere.sliderrevolution.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Our addition: for the first purchase of a plan we do not charge that amount: if you withdraw, you get everything back (Terms, section 5).

Invoices, cancellation, refunds
Invoices, cancellation of a renewal and the payment method are in Paddle's customer portal (Plan and licence → Invoices and billing). You can also cancel with the button "Verträge hier kündigen" (Cancel contract) at the foot of every page, without signing in; we confirm receipt by e-mail at once. A cancelled renewal keeps the plan to the end of the paid period. Beyond the right of withdrawal we refund the first purchase of a plan on request within 14 days, in full (Terms, section 5).
