Troubleshooting

The module does not show, or shows the old version? Go through these in order.

Nothing shows

• Is it published? The line of a draft does nothing. Open Embed on the module and publish.
• Is the line still there? Open the page's source and search for embed.sliderrevolution.com. Some editors remove script tags when saving; the platform guides say where to paste instead.
• What does the console say? Open the browser's developer tools. sr-anywhere: this module is not enabled on this site means your domain rules keep it off this host: allow the host on the Plan and licence page, or switch off Only allow listed domains.
• Does the site send a Content Security Policy? Blocked requests show in the console. Content Security Policy

The line shows as text

The field escaped the script tag. Paste the line into an HTML, code or embed element instead.

The old version shows

Check that the module says Published, not Unpublished changes. Then reload the page: the next load always shows the live version.

It shows once, not twice

A module shows once per page; a second copy of its line is skipped. Duplicate the module to show it twice.

The watermark is still there after upgrading

The payment confirmation can take up to a minute to reach your account. Reload after that.
